The hotel location is amazing. Close enough to Fira, but away from all the cruise ship crowd. The view from the hotel is amazing and the ambiance is a very relaxed. Their pool area is fun and their staff are always ready to serve. They have a good selection for breakfast. The only con is that each room requires a physical key to be inserted to keep the electricity going. I don’t hold that against the hotel to conserve power. This can become frustrating though when you come back from a very hot day to cool off in the room. We also had a room to sleep 3 people, and the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool it fast. Overall, a good hotel.

The hotel is located centrally, giving east access to both Firostefani and Fira. We stayed in a Junior Suite which had a second bedroom and a private sundeck and loungers. The room was large and comfortable, but the bathroom was quite basic. Staff throughout the hotel are great and eager to please. Breakfast was also very good and varied with gluten-free options. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal views of the sunset, great location near the main shopping and food area. Pool is very spacious and with a pool bar. Service is very accommodating and kind. Rooms are fairly spacious and clean.

I rarely give 5 stars for anything, but this hotel earned it. The staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The location was great, in easy walking distance to Fira. Views were incredible from our balcony or the pool. Breakfast by the pool and drinks from the pool bar were tasty. Rooms were very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Only thing to consider is (like most places in Greece) is it is not "friendly" for people with disabilities, or the elderly. There is not an elevator in this hotel. This didn't apply to us, but wanted to share.

A beautiful location that is really hard to beat however woukd I return? No. I guess the small things make you question whether you would come back or not. We have been travelling around the Greek Islands for a few weeks now and stayed in places a fraction of the cost Belvedere charge and was met with exceptional generosity and hospitality. Where coffee pods are always replenished. Not here, it’s an extra 2 euros, not even complimentary water provided, breakfast also offers the tiniest portions and if you want more than one tea or coffee you pay for it. Additionally the staff seem pretty uninterested. Every resort has it’s quirks but for what we have paid, 5 times the cost of a villa in Milos it’s just not up to standard.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
