Stayed here for 2 months. Excellent service, awesome room quality. The only drawback is its location, across a smelly river.

Decent place to sleep. Staffs are friendly, though can't speak English, service is still good. Walkable distance to convenience stores, wartegs (indonesian street food), and fast food. Though I stayed at a better Zen Rooms within the same price range before. Hence, the 3 stars rating. But overall, my stay was a pleasant experience.

I booked a “Suite Double Room” in last minute for a night (21-22 Apr 2019). This property was easy to find from Mangga Besar Station. The check in process ran smoothly. IDR50000 need to be paid as deposit. Positive point identified: - Room was spacious (wide). - Equipped with chair, desk, wardrobe, television, AC, private shower, and bathtub. Note: the points written above were standard facilities for suite double room. The improvement point: - The towels were not available when I entered the room. - Lighting inside the room was a bit dark, it could not be adjusted in order to be lighter. - More than a half of TV channel did not work. - No hanger provided. - Bathroom was quite wide but toilet seat position was not comfortable. This room was smelly although the exhaust fan was ON. It need a whole night to get the odour disappeared. - Area next to the toilet seat was need to be brushed, so was the bathtub. - Room condition (wall, ceiling, window, and door) was need to be well maintained. - No Wifi provided (or it was just me who did not know the Wifi password?). - Hairs were still found on the floor and on the desk. To me, for a “Suite Double Room” type, many things are need to be improved. With the same price offered by this hotel, you can find a better accommodation around this area. Note: The review applied for suite double room type only. No idea for the other room types.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
