We had a splendid experiences and the best part was the resort has a private beach! We spent about one and half hours to relax by the beach and it felt so refreshing. We also encountered monkeys during our breakfast due to the location (i think) however the staffs were very attentive and addressed to the issue immediately. Nevertheless, the breakfast was so tasty. Overall, it was an unforgettable memories and I love it so much!!

A huge thank you to the team at Berjaya for such a wonderful stay. Fabulous location, lovely chalets over the water, and great food - but what really made it special was the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating, with such genuine warmth. They never stopped smiling! From Adrian (the General Manager) and Jamal, to the restaurant and bar staff, to the spa staff and the buggy drivers, everyone went above and beyond to create a great experience for us. We were a large party of 16 and my father had booked 6 chalets for us and amazingly every buggy driver seemed to know who we were and which chalets we were in. My only pointers would be: 1). While we were fortunate with our chalets, I think some chalets are more 4* than 5*. 2). Some of the cocktails were a bit weak and not to Australian/UK standard, but that may be the norm for Langkawi. That being said, the staff were happy to make them stronger when we asked. 3). The NYE party was great and they out a huge amount of effort into it, but the only thing that let it down was that some of the song choices were more suited to a rock concert than a party. They were great singers though! All in all, this resort is a gem! We all loved it here and will likely be back.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, with a beautiful private beach that's a bit far from the center, but trust me, it's absolutely worth the extra distance. The staff here is top-notch, they are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to make your stay special. The variety of accommodations available is impressive – something to suit every traveler's preferences. One area for improvement would be the attention to details, as there were a few minor issues that cropped up during our stay. However, the staff's quick problem-solving skills and the support they provided more than made up for it. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. Overall, it was a great experience!

This place is amazing. I’m not normally one for resort holidays but this one blew my expectations and whilst it is a beautiful place, the staff made the experience. New Year’s Eve was a lot of fun, although the music was very hit and miss; they played heavy metal at the start and it wasn’t in custom with the crowd. Apart from that, it’s an amazing place and I truly hope to return one day :) A massive thank you to every staff member, you made my experience so memorable.

We booked a "family room" which was comfortably close to the main resort buildings. On arrival, it was 2 basic chalets with a connecting door. Had we known this we would have picked something with a view. The room was quite old, shower was a trickle, but we quickly got over this with the charming and friendly staff and beautiful location. Clearly an aging resort but worth the trip

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
