Recommended by family who have stayed over the last few years. Contrary to some other reviews, we had an excellent stay. Great service, great location. Staff were v friendly and helpful. We stayed last night (Friday night); found it quiet and had undisturbed sleep, despite the bars etc nearby being busy. Room was clean, really nicely decorated, especially the bathroom. Complimentary bits in the room was a lovely touch, including the proper ground coffee! No problem parking in the designated car park. Thank you for a great stay, would definitely stay again.

Had a two night stay, our room was quite compact but I realise nothing can be done about that, however maybe a better lay out of furnishing could make it feel a bit more spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was fantastic. We will book a room there again the next time we visit Bristol.

It’s a pretty part of town and the breakfast was really good but sadly that’s where the good news ends. The bar/restaurant was playing v loud music which made it impossible to sleep before it closed, around 11.30ish. (Even though I was on the top floor). Then I found the radiator/thermostat was broken such that I couldn’t turn the heating down or off which lead to a very broken night of sleep. Then the hotel just forgot to give me my requested wake up call. Fortunately (I suppose) I was so hot i was awake anyway. On coming down to reception I see the same dirty glasses on the side in the sitting area as was there the night before. The place feels dated and unloved - like the hotel is a side business to the bar/restaurant. Certainly not 4 star. All in all the worst stay I’ve had in Bristol to date.

Thank you to the wonderful reception staff at Berkeley Square, Vineta & Hannah for being so accommodating and friendly during my stay after a long night of travelling. The hotels location is great, Chantel did a great job of making my room super clean and the shower was lovely with the Elemis products. Thank you to all staff and would recommend this hotel to others.

The only issue was the shower temperature control. It was always a bit too cold. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars for the room. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The location is great for Central Bristol, Clifton and the University. Would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
