Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great to have an indoor pool and spa. Bed extremely comfortable and amazing to have a terrace. Only grumble is in the room. The plug in the sink won't stay down and when you are staying for a week there's no drawers to put your clothes in nor enough hooks in room. However rooms are spacious and have tea and coffee facilities which is great!

We booked this hotel for a few nights, the welcome and service is at the top, a smiling and friendly staff. The hotel's infrastructure is of very good quality, and the spa is very pleasant. Special mention for the massage done by Sonia and Guillermo, the massage was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Porto.

Very nice and comfortable room, good bed, fantastic bathroom and strong shower. They provide sleepers and bathrobe, tea and coffee making facilities for free but drinking water is charged for. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very good and breakfast was first class and generous amounts. The wardrobe was small, no place for the coats. The bathrobes had seen better days but impressed about the washed and reused sleepers, they don't use disposable ones.

Good hotel in Porto. Large and clean rooms. Good services and very good breakfast. Having its own underground parking is a big plus. Beautifully located in the heart of Porto. It has a nice SPA (pool included) and gym. Minuses: AC was heating in a strange way, making constant noises all night long. And the washbasin is located in the room, hence no privacy or sound proof. In conclusion, if I visit Porto again I would stay again at BessaHotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was brand new and the design was modern. After our stay at this hotel, none of the others during our trip felt like they were up to the same standards. I’d go back to Porto just to stay at this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
