Do NOT come to this hotel in winter. Rooms are cold when you enter. You need to put your key in and wait 1 hour before you have a decent temperature. Even so, you enter in bed and it is humid and cold. Maybe is a good place in summer but not in winter. I just arrived at hotel at 23.00 pm after a long days of work and travel and entering in a cold room is not what you want at end of the day !!!! I call reception and they tell me to relax and just insert the key and wait for the warm ........ is this what you do when you go home ???? Is this what you want after a long day of work ???? NEVER AGAIN in this hotel.

Very elegant hotel. Larger rooms compare to many other hotels. Very clean. Quite with nice loby and very good restaurant. Breakfast offer like 5 stars hotel.

An ok hotel for a few days, a bit out of Porto so had to cab to get to the main places. Hotel was clean enough, rooms a good size, didn't eat there, however, there were no water points available anywhere in the hotel which was a bit weird and a shame

The hotel is really nice and clean. Rooms have a good size and come with a table and two seats, where you can work. Confortable bed. Toilet had a bathtube. Breakfast was reasonable for a 4 star hotel. It has a parking that costs 9euros a night, which is fair. It's close to Av. da Boavista. You don't have transports very close, which is not convenient if you don't have a car. But it's value for money and is a very good choice with a car. It's in a quite and safe residential area. I'll be back. I wouldn't say staff was welcoming, because they weren't. A bit cold, even at breakfast and you don't expect it especially in Portugal and Porto. I've stayed in various hotels in Porto and staff is always welcoming, nice, talkative. Well, not a bit deal for me, but I believe that they should have a training....

Hotel was beautiful and the staff was very pleasant. Rooms were large and very nicely maintained. Beds are a bit hard, and the Jacuzzi in our room was not cleaned (little gross honestly) which was disappointing. It is also a bit far from the tourist/city centre (€10 taxi ride away) Overall it was a lovely experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
