Surely hotel is quite shabby, this is not something one should consider as must stay option. Interior is really far cry from the photoes offered. But, there is nice and friendly staff, working, location is very good it is in the very center close to Nizami str. very convenient in many senses. Yes, it is not something super, but you get bed, simple brekfast and that is enough, as from touristical point of view that is all one need. They have no terminal, so be ready to pay your stay in cash 😃

If u want to spend less on stay but want good place nearby tourist spots then I recommend this hotel staff was very nice 2 min walk to go nisami street 10 mins walk from Caspian sea 15 mins walk for old city 12 mins walk for mini vience and carpet museum. In short u can visit all the places by walk. They had light breakfast but healthy option.all food point were nearby Market was very close to this hotel

I do honest reviews only. The rooms are not spacious and the place looks like a boarding house and not the typical hotels. When we arrive in the room, the towels and rugs are not prepared. There is no kettle but i think you can request it. They did not at least call to clean the room unless you ask them. It's always that no one is available in the reception area. The good thing I like in this area is the location. It is near Nizami street where parks, restaurants and bars are near and the hotel is budget friendly. And thank you also for letting us extend our check out time from 12nn to 2pm because our flight was delayed. Overall, it was good.

Very dirty, very loud and uncomfortable. 1h20 to do the check-in, because they couldn't find us.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
