It was a great place, near a lot of Chinese food places but mostly closed since I stayed on December 25. Room was a bit old but nicely cleaned. Door was a little bit broken but the WiFi was really fast. Cheap and clean place worth for its price

This hotel is accessible to all your purchasing needs in Divisoria, Quiapo and Central Manila. The staff are very accommodating and attends to our needs well. The rooms are spacious and great value for your budget needs for a few days or week long stay. The rooms are clean and same comfort can be guaranteed using their bed sheets and comforters.

what do you expect an old hotel, unfortunately, worst than best. It's not a hotel by the standard, rather than a medieval tavern infested with mosquitos. Poor maintenance and service, with some unexperience attendant sitting inside the counter pressing and browsing to their mobile phone all the time, to make themselves easy and convenient.

This hotel is not for picky tourists. This is perfect for travellers who just wanted a nice place to stay at right at the heart of China Town. The hotel is very cheap so do not expect too much. The building is old and the facilities have seen better days, but this hotel is rich in cultural heritage. It is just across and alongside some of the well-known restaurants and shops in Binondo. I also super appreciate the staff who will make you feel part of their community.

I loved staying here. The staff was really nice and I felt really comfortable there. It was really fun staying in Chinatown Binondo. There is a lot to discover and see in any direction you walk. I don’t know, something about it just felt so homey. I liked the decorations and colors in the common areas. Thank you again to the staff for the kindness!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
