The rooms were clean and large enough for us. We had booked a total of 12 rooms. We were received very friendly, there was Turkish tea and the staff were always very helpful.

Best hotel to stay in, very convenient to all the sight-seeing places in Istanbul. Friendly and helpful receptionists and cleaners. I travelled with my family and enjoyed my entire time there. Highly recommend!

Just spent 3 nights here, excellent location, very friendly staff, clean room with fully working air conditioning and WiFi, very easy access to public transport i.e; tram, ferry and metro, good breakfast served. Overall very satisfied with the stay and definitely come back to stay here.

Staff was really and helpful, provided all the necessary information during the check-in. The towels and bedsheets were clean. Room service does a really good job, cleaning is done every day. Location is perfect for someone who wants to check out various touristic locations. There is a ferry and tram station nearby as well. Breakfast is surprisingly good for a 3 star hotel. I expected a ready-made plate with bread, veggies and sweets. In reality there was a good selection of olives, veggies, fruits, baked goods and oatmeal. Plus you could always take seconds. Room did not look anything like the picture. The biggest lie is the window. I chose it due to the natural light in the Booking photo, but in reality my window faced a wall and I had to always have my lights on. The bathroom door was blocked by the bed. Luckily I was traveling alone, but if you come here with friends, one of you would have to leave the room all together when the other one is in the bathroom. The kettle I got in the beginning was dirty and didn't work. After calling the reception, they brought a new one 40 minutes later. Usually in such hotels you get a soft blankets, whilst I confused the blankets here with towels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
