Very strategic place with incredible view. The only downside is if you are on a high floor and you order food. The driver can’t come up to you on elevator because he doesn’t have the access card haha!

Let me paint a picture of the horror I've endured: it's disgustingly dirty, to the point where I've had to mercilessly kill over a hundred cockroaches in just one month. Can you even imagine the level of filth and revulsion? It's beyond comprehension. Every day has become a living nightmare. And you know, if a room has >100 💔💔cockroaches, will cockroaches not climb to other rooms? To make matters worse, they have security guards who are utterly useless. They never bother to ask for identification, rendering their presence entirely pointless. I can literally dash to the mailbox, dig around for something, and not a single soul questions who I am or why I'm there. It's like they couldn't care less about our safety or well-being. And let's not even get started on the state of the place itself. It's old, crumbling, and falling apart. You won't believe this, but cockroaches are everywhere—lurking in the lifts, infesting the corridors, and making their presence felt in every nook and cranny. It's a nightmare that never ends, and it's simply unbearable. I'm sharing this with you because I can't keep it bottled up any longer. This experience has been an absolute horror show, and I can't fathom how it's been allowed to continue. IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY, PLEASE DON"T BOOK THIS APARTMENT:)

Good location, easy to reach the highway, malls, bars, and restaurants. Is a down to earth apartment, nothing fancy, 1 big swimming pool, 1 kid swimming pool, fitness center, 2 tennis table, restaurants, alphamart, clinic, pharmacy, dentist, etc. Very friendly staff.

Tamansari Semanggi Apart is really comfortable. Located in the downtown area and accessible easily. In addition, it's really peaceful, because its in the middle of housing complex !

An okay experience. The facilities are good and well kept, but the basement is a mess. The cable shafts are too low and some parking area dimensions are not according to the standard. That being said, the staffs here are very nice and welcoming. They are also very helpful with every residential problems that you have.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
