Great hotel with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and responsive manager who went out of his way to be helpful. I had a lovely week here and found my room to be pleasant, clean and comfortable - especially the bed (unusual in many Turkish hotels). The bathroom was also modern with plenty of hot water, and the Wifi was fine. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices and the staff were friendly. The hotel is well located very centrally and within walking distance of almost everywhere. Overall excellent value for money and a good choice.

We stayed as 2 couples. The hotel was very nice and clean. Personnel is very friendly you can ask them where to go and they will tell you beautiful places. The breakfast was fresh everyday and very tasty. It is a nice hotel with good guests. You can buy your alcohol from outside and drink in your room or at the terrace. Or you can buy drinks from there. We are very happy with the whole experience, and will go there again. The prices were perfect.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Kuşadasi, family hotel with lovely staff. Neat and cozy rooms with comfortable bed. As it is a bed and breakfast place, it has a variety of food to eat on a daily basis. All of the staff understand English so it's easy to communicate and get information about the city and places to see. Supermarkets and market are located within 5 minutes of walk, dolmus station is just around the corner and there are variety of restaurants, pubs and patisseries in the neighbourhood. We stayed for 10 days and are very satisfied with the service.

The location is great, not far from the city and close to the minibus stations (dolmush). The rooms are clean and comfortable, with no balcony, but still enough to take a good rest. The food is also very good, various and enough for everyone (we had only breakfast and really liked it). The staff is excellent, especially the boss and his wife, they are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend for everyone to stay here!

In the first place, you are greeted by friendly employees. The hotel is professionally organized, clean and quiet to stay. Distance from the main pedestrian zone is only 150m. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, all the appliances in the room are working. Regardless of the categorization, the hotel resembles a 5-star hotel. If the price policy of the hotel is taken into account, it is quite reasonable to say that it is an extremely good accommodation facility for a relatively low price. Personally, I would recommend Best Smyrna to anyone who appreciates good hotel accommodation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
