Terrific location for us quick overnight stopover near train station. Short walk. Friendly and helpful staff, lift to rooms a blessing with big bags! Air conditioning great, comfy bed, clean and good bathroom with separate wc. Good breakfast too! (Coffee machine , do it yourself kind, not so great) Convenient location to tram, restaurants and shops. Would recommend for a short stopover. Rooms super quiet too.

The staff is excellent. They spoke excellent English and were helpful. The room was great for the price and a nice size. It is close to the train station. Many restaurants are nearby and only 10 minutes walk to the ocean and town square . Also you had slippers and the use of a robe.

The hotel was above our expectations. The rooms were fine, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was large. The location was absolutely great. The only negative thing for me is the breakfast which was very small and not satisfying.

Worst experience of my whole life. I was punched multiple times by the night manager and left with broken ribs. The next morning after complaining I was then also physically grabbed by the arm by the hotel manager. Best western have done nothing about my complaint as ‘they no longer have the cctv’ and it’s my version of events versus there’s. I complained to the police who couldn’t take my complaint as no one spoke English. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Meeting a friend to take in to your room as a 3rd person should not mean being assaulted.

Superb location in between the beach/city Center and the train station. Clean rooms, comfy beds and overall nice interior. Tasty breakfast buffet with french pastries. Staff is very friendly and attentive- with 24h reception.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
