        During our trip to Europe, we had a lovely time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly approachable and very helpful. The room were lovely and very clean. Though there is no kettle in the room, they provide us with complementary bottle of water. Down on the restaurant near the lobby, my daughter and I decided to have a dinner, and two others lovely girls joined with us to dine in. A glass of wine, delicious food and a lovely company it makes your trip worth it. Highly recommended.

        It would be best to give zero stars. I made a reservation and cancelled within the free cancellation times and was still charged. I have been trying to get this refunded for over a month and have not received any response from anyone at this hotel to help me with this. Beware the "free cancellation" - they do not offer such a thing, you will still be charged and you won't have any recourse. They will charge you anyway and keep you money and not reply to any attempt at resolution.

        I paid extra over the weekend stay approx 100 euros per night however the hotel could not even give a complimentary water bottle even once during my stay there for 3 days. 2.5 euros per bottle if needed, else was asked to fill from the bathroom tap if needed. Overall average experience. Got some illogical excuses when asked why there is no kettle for boling tea in room, from the staff however I didn't get into arguments for my mental peace during the stay. All in all, not a bad hotel but not very good as well compared to other hotels of best western around Italy (Genova) and Sweden. Try for another option near the Roma Termini. Best western Premier. Hope the management agrees to this review. Updated response: I took the kettle after a lot of request. By default it was not available in the room. Also I paid 100 euros per night, while the usual price was 85-90 euros.

        We were in a predicament with another hotel canceling on us due to Ryder Cup overbooking. I found this option & called, the staff was amazingly helpful and kind. We had 4 people which they only could accommodate 2, but they found two spare twins and made the room compatible. They went above and beyond! They even called us a car for the morning trip to the airport so we didn’t have to compete with Ryder cup traffic. They made what could have been a terrible last night in Rome to a memorable one. Location is on the outskirts but we managed to stop in a couple of local places to eat and drink before using their patio to end the night with some drinks. Thanks again for all of your help!

        Cleanliness was on point. I loved the chip on card technology. Staff was very helpful and proffesional . 9€ for the breakfast was a good price.
