        Went for a business trip there for 3 nights. Hotel is just fine with remarkable staff, all of them very welcoming, smiley, kind and helped us with all the info we needed. Though I have to make a shout out to the girl that was working morning shift at 23/10 which I'm not mistaken is called khun Long Korn, remarkable costumer service from her. Rooms were clean. Bar is high class, staff there polite and service minded, drinks were top notch. The only negative that I saw in the hotel was the morning chefs, leaning on walls, no aprons, no hats, no gloves, looking and commenting on customers(not us) between them but was too obvious. But that's me, being an executive chef myself in the country, I view things differently. Also the pastries in the breakfast are not worth it, would prefer to pay double the price and have better croissants and bread, though breakfast cost is a thing and I'm aware of it, but overall it's okay. Would consider coming back just because of the majority of the staff smiling to us.

        3.5 Clean nice rooms, a bit pricy. Right next to the weekend market and a few other things, but likely not the location most tourists are going to want for long. While the transit line is near, there isn't that much else to see and it's pretty far from other tourist attractions such as the main temples and downtown. It's not in a walkable location. Breakfast is fine, about what you’d expect. Nothing great. Went to the egg station for 40 seconds and they took my newly prepared salad plate so be careful with that. Actually idk if they have high turnover or what but some of the staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. Check in took forever and required assistance. The breakfast staff was dropping trays or getting upset when I had to pay because my breakfast wasn’t included and then switching people to handle payment. I noticed some unprofessional light PDA. (Petting) One of my towels was pretty badly stained. The wifi is down for a few hours.. pretty annoying when I need information for my trip and I’m paying for data. A layer of dust in the AC intake Also, finding dinner around here can be frustrating. The restaurant in the hotel closes at six and that’s the only food directly near. Otherwise you are pretty much going to walk towards the market every night. Specifically told the people "no clean today no clean". They say okay and seem to understand. Come back and once again my change is gone, the bed is made, items moved around or gone. Probably misunderstood? I think this is the first place I've ever been that doesn't have physical signal "Do not disturb" because I just prefer that. 90% sure they refill the water themselves. They collect the bottles and there are what appears to be calcifications on them or just scratches etc. Pros Great AC, room is mostly quiet and dark at night, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! The bar and lobby are both great areas Be careful when ordering a ride as my location defaulted to a weird spot and they had trouble locating me.

        This is a great place to stay if you want to spend a couple of days in Chatuchak. It’s not a super fancy hotel (no pool etc) but it’s very comfortable, especially if you’re coming straight from the airport after a long distance flight. The front desk staff were really helpful and even allowed me to check in a couple of hours early. The best time to stay in this area is Sat - Sun, so you can experience the Chatuchak weekend market (great food, clothes, beer and 🍃). Also, directly across the freeway from the hotel is the Or Tor Kor Market which is home to many food vendors and will give you an a unforgettable local food experience for a low price. I believe the Or Tor Kor market is open every day.

        At the Kampheng Pet MRT Blue Line station, you have direct access to Chatuchak weekend market via EXIT 1. Via EXIT 3, you have direct access to the Or To Kor Market which offers fresh fruits and some delicious local food. Via EXIT 2 you can easily reach Best Western Chatuchak. Apparently it was opened in April 2023, the hotel has that 'new feel'. Rooms are nicely designed with clean bathroom. Staff were accessible & friendly. The location of the hotel makes it ideal for weekend visitors to Chatuchak market. One can just walk back and forth (especially to evade the screaming sun) to the market. With the Kampheng MRT Station just metres away, its quite easy to get to Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Ovearall I would give the place 4.5 star but google review only permit either a 4 or 5 star rating.

        Best place to stay if planning to visit the Chatuchak Market. Walking distance. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. I didn't try the food nor the other facilities so can't comment.
