        Very okay experience at the Best Western. We were a bit desperate (last minute canceled airbnb at the height of tourist season) and the staff took care of us at literally the last minute. The room was clean if very small and the breakfast was good. I think the worst part was the incredibly thin walls. We got to hear our neighbors phone vibrate with incoming text messages all night long and all of their (no joke) 4 am - 5 am alarms they missed....somehow. While we appreciate the staffs help it is unlikely we will be staying again.

        Lovely hotel, rooms clean and well decorated with plenty of amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast disappointing, not a lot on offer, hot food consists of egg and bacon with tiny chopped up sausage thrown in. 3 out of the 5 days we were there they didn't even serve the bacon and sausage, so mostly it was just egg. Location is poor, miles away from anything, closest metro station is 5-10 minute walk away. But it is cheaper than staying in the centre if you don't mind travelling every day.

        It isn't a 5 star because of the location from where I'm used to. I prefer to get up, get out and start walking the city. It is definitely possible here, but you are a 20 minute walk from anywhere, so a cab or metro is preferred. We stayed in the suite, and it was amazing!! Large room, large hot tub and the price was very good for what we had. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly too.

        Our stay was excellent! I was worried since we had a late flight that we would have problems checking in but the night receptionist Gianni was amazing. He could tell we were very tired and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Gianni is very kind, friendly and his English is fantastic! He became our go to for tour suggestions and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and can't wait for our next trip to Rome!

        Stayed 3 nights it was Great, our 1st trip to Rome, we werent sure about the position at 1st but it worked out to be really good. There is an overland rail station on the route from Fiumicino airport which means you dont have to deal with the busy Termini station, and a Metro an easy walk away. It is out of the main busy part of the city but felt safe and busy enough. The Hotel is clean the staff friendly it was early in the season so not busy, the rooftop solarium wasnt open yet but that wasnt a problem for us. All in all we had a good stay and would recommend if you dont want to be in the midst of the city.
