        Paid $480.00 for a 2 bedroom family for a couple and two friends. Had to walk though the master room to get to a stuffy second cupboard sized bedroom, and visa versa to get back down stairs to the toilet. Badly laid out The smell coming out of the shower drain was nothing short of foul. Outside of unit was dirty and scrap food lying on ground. Kitchen poorly equipped. Friends staying in the newer part had a beautiful unit. Only benefit was its proximity to the concert venue. We actually went home rather than stay the night to allow our two friends to sleep comfortably in the master bed and downstairs. Wouldn't stay again sorry.

        Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! Booking cancelled due to wrong expiry date on card, morning of travel whilst we were flying to Auckland. Rang as soon as we landed, but already cancelled. Extremely rude staff and if that's how they treat customers I would never stay there again and would suggest others find somewhere else. Lots available in Auckland

        Stayed for work trip. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Meals are definitely value for money and very tasty. The rooms are definitely value for money and well presented. Will recommend to employers for future stays. Thank you all so very much. Mel

        The room I was given was what appeared to be a large staff quarters. The walls were damaged, there was water damage in the bathroom, and the rooms all looked like they had been neglected. I would look for a different hotel before I stay in room 55 again.

        Stayed in a family room right next to the hotel gym which was good. Nice big bathroom, fairly up to date decor. There is only one door handle lock on the room door with no door-chain or peep hole which I thought might not be super secure or safe when answering the door. Easy access to freeway and close to lots of eating places Overall a good stay and would stay again.
