        Our experienced at this Best Western location fort Lauderdale, is always amazing. Management always make sure that we are comfortable, and our children are safe and having fun. The front desk manager vela is a kind person. Morning breakfasts are full, of healthy and fresh foods. Room service employees, are 100% positive and friendly. Maintenance man is always available, to take care of any situations, that might come up. Hotel always smells clean, and the gym and laundry room I always kept tidy. We love visiting this location, and will be returning once again for the holidays Thank you to everyone involved, you never last visit. We love you Best.

        Good value and service. Room wash basin light covers darken room a bit too much; should be clear. The shower area needs some attention to detail. The breakfast area is maintained stocked and clean; need additional toasters to accommodate guests. Pool and grounds maintained clean and lawn well maintained even though some guests seem to empty car trash on the parking lot grounds.

        WARNING DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! The hotel is next to another establishment that will play loud music that can be heard through the paper thin walls and keep you up all night. The parking lot serves as a after hours gathering with drunk people behaving badly. The staff will do nothing and offer no help or comp for your trouble. It is a very dated hotel and has the smell of mold and dampness with very dirty carpet in every hall way and room which has never been cleaned. The elevator is old and shaky as well as dirty. The bedding had holes in it as well as the bath towels and had hair woven into it. This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in and I will never stay in another Best Western again. Staff we encountered were Daniel,Mary and Veli current manager.

        We loved the place it was quiet and there was not a lot of late night noise. The breakfast was ok after all it was free. And because it was quiet we got a good night's rest 😊.... Thanks BDub (Best Western Ft. Lauderdale)

        Not the best service this weekend. Toilet was not flushing. Manager was not here. The shower had poor water pressure. Bad wifi and phone signal. Could not send text messages and wifi was very slow. Poor costumer service. Took forever to get extra towels. We had to sit in our room to eat breakfast because there was not enough seats in the breakfast room. We did not sleep because of the train outside.
