        Stayed in a standard room for 6 nights. The room although a little on the small side was perfectly adequate for us. It was modern, clean and was well equipped with air con, fridge, sky tv, a small balcony. The maids came in daily to clean etc. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is on a bus route (310) which takes you directly to Termini - around 10 min journey, we found this very useful during our stay. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

        Booked a package through British Airways. When we got there they required payment of $150 for an extra bed when the room had been booked for three but since it accommodated four, they insisted I pay for the extra space. Then when i checked out, they said I owed another $375 for the money that was not paid when I made the packaged reservation through BA. it was a shake down at best. Totally. The hotel is located near the universities so its busy outside and that's not a bad thing. Good location. The breakfast was great. The ladies working in the food service were so kind and helpful. Be aware of the extra charges they will shake you down for.

        Slightly more modern than most hotels in Rome. But the AC didn’t work in my room, and they never fixed it. One of the shower valves also didn’t work so I had to hold the handle constantly to get the shower head to run. Breakfast was pretty good though. Located east of Rome in a university area not close to tourist attractions. It was advertised that they have laundry facilities but they actually don’t. It’s a 24 hour send out service that’s quite expensive.

        The Hotel is not worth the price that they ask for. The rooms are cramped and the hotel staff is not helpful/efficient at all, specially Alessandra at reception staff who tried to give us a room where the width of the room was such it could only accommodate a bed in available width. She even lied to us that hotel is fully booked in order to insist us to stick to that assigned room. That room was also having a balcony where there was lot of noise coming from the AC external unit. I did not agree to that room so finally she gave us a different room in our booked category which was a room attached to another room but we had no choice but to take it. The breakfast is good, so thats a plus. The location is not that great. There are no good restaurants nearby and you have to walk around 1-2 kms to get to good areas. Overall, not at all worth the price they ask for this hotel.

        Booked a triple room which was meant to be a double bed and a single bed. Arrived to a double room. Told the reception and they said they'd set up an extra bed. Came back to the room later to find a fold out bed. We paid for room only so literally the only expectation we had was decent beds. Main bed had an awful matress and as stated, second bed was a fold out bed. Wasn't expecting super luxury but this was very poor for over €200 a night. Room was an adjoining room so good here the person in the next room walking, talking and watching tv as if we were in the same room. Air con wasn't working which was uncomfortable with 27°C weather. The plus sides were that the place was very clean and the reception staff were all very nice, unfortunately that's not enough for me to recommend a stay there.
