        Stayed here for 3 nights. A good experience. Hotel is a little dated as per the other reviewers comments. However, service was fine and every amenity worked well enough, from hot water to wifi and sheets. There were no bedbugs and the rooms responded well to the AC unit, in case you're hot or cold. There is a very modest breakfast available every morning, I don't like to eat "raw" bread so I skipped their foods and just went for the coffee and juice which were abundant and nice. The location is exceptionally convenient, not sketchy and within walking distance to pretty much every major downtown Chicago attraction you can find. Be advised, the windows are quite thin and we could hear the honking of cars outside easily, but overall it's a decent hotel at a fairly reasonable price. Again, it's quite a dated interior but for a leisure stay it's more than suitable. Again, there were no sights of bedbugs which to me is a big factor in my recommendation of this hotel. That's a big thing for me when I consider hotel review. Thanks!

        Nice place to stay if you’re visiting Chicago. The rooms are clean and big enough, with free breakfast each morning. I use often to stay here as is good combination of service, location and price. The room heating is a bit noisy

        Currently staying here. Very disappointed. Elevator sounds like it’s not going to make it while inside. Room is small, I can barely move around with my walker, furniture old. TV has “no signal”. Heat was on like 80 when we came in, very hard to regulate temp, fan is very noisy. Curtains are sheer, do not block out lights. Only saving grace is a little French bakery connected on first floor. Otherwise I do not recommend.

        Conveniently located hotel not far from L and bus stops. The area isn’t too busy that it’s loud nearby but downtown and other areas are easily accessible so it’s ideal. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large TV, microwave, sofa, and fridge (in the king room). Only thing would be breakfast could be improved as it’s just toast and butter/jam + croissants/muffins currently.

        I was delayed by a cancelled/rebooked flight and didn't arrive at the hotel until the morning after I was supposed to check in for a two-night stay. However, since I was late they cancelled my room (without attempting to contact me) and re-booked it to someone else, and refused to refund me (I had pre-paid for the room). They said it was my fault for not contacting them while I was at the airport, nevermind I was worried about rebooking my flight and the last thing on my mind was worrying about a room I had already paid for. So they get to keep my money and then re-book the room with someone else and make double the money for the room.
