Good location, with many restaurants nearby which was convenient. Tourist attractions were a little bit of a walk, but not bad as there was a lot to see on the way. Laundry services also around pretty much every corner, if you are needing to wash clothes while traveling. Staff was very friendly! The room was a bit underwhelming, as the A/C did not work and the room kept collecting dust every day. Not sure why this was, but it made both my husband and I congested while there. There was construction being done on the building during our stay, so we're thinking it was blowing through the vents. Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of cleaner, but the room was clean and neat. Good place to stay if you are just looking for somewhere to rest your head every night.

Great location almost right downtown. Many good restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Professional and friendly staff. Antonio is absolutely indispensable and helpful. Michaela at the restaurant is a gem. Great breakfast for $15. All in all, we'll stay here again!

It is quite a basic hotel more like a motel or Lodge. The location is pretty old including the furniture the rooms. Don’t expect anything fancy, but is neat and clean. The breakfast is also pretty basic. The advantage is the location is close to Roma termini and walkable in 10 min. The locality is nice and quiet and have good choice of restaurants around.

Good location near the train station. It is about a half hour walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. For a European hotel the room is a bit small. I was with a group of four so we had to get two rooms. Two of my friends had a much bigger room than mine and we paid the same amount. The room was quiet and AC worked great. There is a fridge in the room but no coffee maker. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Overall a good value for the price.

The room was a little small, but that is to be expected at this type of hotel in this location. I'm not going to hold that against them. The staff was excellent. They met our needs. They spoke fluent English so there was no need for me to have all the anxiety that I did about trying to learn Italian. We had a little issue with the shower when we first got there and someone came right up and showed me how to adjust it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
