        The only good thing about this hotel I can say is the location. Apart from that, I would give everything a big ZERO if it was possible. The reception staff are unhelpful. The room is freezing and there is no heater. My wife and kids got sick, not even the blankets + extra clothes and socks are enough to keep you warm. Everything we asked reception was a big NO before you even finish your question. . There's a lot of bad things to say about this hotel but the review will be too long. The cleanliness, lack of service etiquette from the staff, you name it. I stay in a lot of hotels as I am an Airline staff and I use to work in the hotel industry before that and I've never had an experience like this.

        The staff at the reception was very rude to us during check out. We checked out just 15minutes late at 11:15am instead of the scheduled 11am. Despite informing the reception in advance that we might get a little late as my parents are old, he just started shouting loudly at us that you should be on time. This is the first time I had somebody at the front desk has talked with such bad language. Please look into this matter as its really disappointing to expect such insensitive behaviour from a reputed hotel like Best Western

        Quiet place and quite hidden as the tiny entrance is behind the back alley. Rooms are small with not much space to fit more than 2 large luggages. Get creative!

        Guys, this is outrageous. It started with the check-in, where it was stated that payment would be in cash, but these clever folks tried to charge an extra $100 from our card, which supposedly gets refunded within a month. It's not a deposit, but who knows what. Cleaning was terrible—dusting was a joke, new shower gels were a mockery. Cleaning meant making the bed and changing towels. A few times they forgot to put water and coffee supplies in the room, but that's minor. One day after cleaning, we were summoned to the reception. My husband spilled some wine on the sheet, and they claimed it was hotel damage. Wine easily washes off, and hotels have seen worse. They accused us of ruining pillows and five other items. The mattress was clean. We offered to take the sheet to the laundry ourselves or buy a new one, but they demanded 1000HKD immediately, threatening eviction. One day left, and the reception manager insisted on instant payment. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible, and the staff is rude despite especially Tom ! this supposedly being a 4-star American hotel chain with a not-so-cheap price. Just awful.

        Firstly, the staff are great and helpful.. the rooms are small as expected in hong kong.. the furniture are outdated, tv still in the 90's 🤭 the toilet is small with the sink outside the toilet at the entrance(that's the first thing u c when u enter)😆 no place for luggage. I don't understand why the lighting are dim😎not a good location if u decide to travel on public transport to hotel/airport with luggages. (No airport tranfer)It doesn't feel like 4🌟, more a 3⭐️🤣😂
