        This was a very nice hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and efficient. The only mildly negative was the location in comparison to the train station was slightly farther than I had anticipated, but very easily accessible to Taxis and the Metro station.

        Overall, the hotel was average. The rooms and bathroom were quite small and the beds were just about comfortable. For us, the noise from the street was not too bad as the windows blocked out most of the sound. The main problem for me was the cleanliness. the room had obviously not been cleaned very well in between guests as the floor was dusty and the bed sheets were unclean with stains. The breakfast was good with a mix of meats, cheeses, pastries and some hot food. Although there was air conditioning, it was not turned on which was not great as our room was very warm. When asking about this at the front desk the receptionist simply said open the window (as if we had not done this). The location is right next to a metro station so easy to get into the centre. Overall, I would recommend.

        Great hotel with awesome staff. Booked a room for one night and when I got to the hotel they upgraded me since there was a small mistake. The staff were very helpful and with what ever my needs were and I ended up extending my stay because of them.

        I had a great family stay at this hotel in Corso Buenos Aires, one of the best places to stay in Milan, close to shops, restaurants and 50m from the Lima metro station. We got a room on the last floor, great balcony view. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very big and the shower great. Everything worked as expected. The people at the front desk were very attentive and helpful, a very good experience!
