The host was very nice, the location near to the main attractions points, like 10 to 15 min walking to the old port and the old town Le Panier. Also near to the metro station. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a 24/7 bakery. The room was clean with all the supplies needed, with a little balcony with a stunning view.

Clean hotel, quick check-in, Madame Nadine is a star. Liked the room but some improvements required: 1) Water pressure is too low, bad for women and poor experience. Need to be fixed. 2) Water temperature is a problem: too hot and cold water not really available in both shower and normal tap. It seems the appliances require maintenance. 3) The room heats up so if aircon not working you feel hot and need to open windows (mosquito) Takes 10 min from main station, Careefour 1 min away and of course you are in the middle of many attractions. Location wise perfect!

Room is small but nice and clean, very comfy bed. The only inconvenient is that the reception charges 100 euros deposit on arrival.

very clean, quiet and newly refurbished room. Small room and bathroom, but enough for 1 person, with desk and wardrobe and kettle + free coffee and biscuits. Friendly and efficient staff. Very well situated near Mucem and Major cathedral, and Joliette area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
