Awesome location- very close to food, station, and convenience stores. Keep in mind, we only showered and slept, and barely spent any time in the room otherwise. Our entire day was spent exploring the neighboring cities. If you’re looking for a convenient location to sleep at, this place is perfect. I will admit, we joked about how it was basically a closet - not much room for two adults- three luggage’s , but it was manageable. If you’re claustrophobic, I’d probably look elsewhere. But if you just need a place to keep your luggage and sleep, it’s enough. Our flight out was at 8pm, so we paid 3000yen for late checkout ($20usd) which extended from 11am to 1pm Then we asked them to hold our luggage at the front desk, which kept for us safely while we explored. Thank you for a safe and memorable trip.

We stayed here 3 weeks for business. The area is very nice, lots of restaurants and nice places to go out. Good public transport connection. Hotel I would not recommend though. Rooms are very small, dark and it is visible that carpet is not properly cleaned. Found some fingernails from previous guest on my rooms floor. Everything was payed in advance, full amount for 3 weeks. With all 4 rooms they had issues to give a receipt with company address printed on it. We were in total 4 people. It was a real „fight“ to get it, it took us in total more than 3 hours until we got handed out correct documents. They had to make 4 times the same but the staff was not able to manage. So in case you need an official receipt plan sufficient time not to miss your flight. The service is really bad so this is why I totally would not recommend staying in that hotel.

Paper thin walls. The guests across from me decided the hallway was an extension of their rooms, so I was woken up by their conversation every night that I stayed here. The front desk was impossible to contact about this. You’re likely to get as good a night of sleep in a hostel. SO ANNOYING Check in is 15:00. I arrived at 14:45 and the front desk clerk acted like she was doing me a huge favor by waving an additional 1,000 yen early check in fine since I arrived 15 minutes before the official check in time. As if, the room wasn’t already cleaned and ready at this point and kept demanding I wait 5 more minutes to go up to my room for no reason.

Reception is on the 2nd floor so you will need to take the elevator...more on that later. Really small rooms. There is a luggage butler in the room, but no place to deploy the butler. The single queen room is smaller then the 2 singles, but queen is really a queen not a hotel queen. The hotel is situated within easy walking range from a metro station. There are plenty on Conbini within a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants too. OK... here is the negative....1 elevator.... busy in the morning between 730 and 830.

Great value! They have the best, most comfy “western-styled” bed. (Pun not intended) Staying at the business hotel as a solo tourist. Yes everything seems brutally business traveller oriented and the room was tiny.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
