We are traveling from Toronto and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We have been traveling through Europe for 2 weeks and have been staying at several hotels under Ibis chain. This is head and shoulders above the Ibis hotels. First, the price was unbeatable. Great location, courteous service, and large and clean rooms. I need to say this again - clean! Only downside is that it’s a bit noisy at night if your room happens to face the street.

Great hotel and location. Understand that this is Europe. For this price your room won’t be large like a room in the US. However the room was exceptionally clean. The location is fantastic. Close to shopping, metro, and the sites in Paris you’re there to see. The staff were amazingly helpful. So polite. Breakfast was good and a nice bonus. I would stay here again and will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient location in Paris. Enjoy!

The location and service were very good. However there were some downsides. The room I had smelt quite intensely of drains which didn’t go away. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and stained, despite the bathroom itself being very clean. The room was fairly clean but quite dusty. The desk had quite a lot of stains on it. Some of the lights also didn’t work in the room. An upside of the room is that there were an ample amount of pillows which is quite rare for a hotel! The breakfast was a fairly standard continental set, but things were sitting there from the night before (could have been longer but I was just there for one night) and one of the items had mould on it. As a point to note, you can feel and hear the metro (despite being on the third floor), which cannot be helped in Paris but something to think about if you are a light sleeper.

From my first phone call to the hotel to tell them we would be arriving very late, I instantly felt welcome and cared for here. All of the staff spoke English well and made sure our needs were met. You know how in some brand-name hotels you can’t really tell where you are until you go outside? This isn’t one of those. Here you know you’re in Paris! The big window in our room opened out onto Boulevard du Montparnasse, filling the room with fresh air and pleasant sounds of diners in the restaurants below—and then the window was thick enough to block out most of the city sounds when closed. The breakfast in the morning was a thoughtful assortment of things like yogurt, cheese, and meats along with several hot items and multiple kinds of bread and pastry. (If you see the tiny little chocolate cakes, grab one!) It was a little different than the typical US breakfast, but lots of good things there to try and another nice reminder of being in Paris. We initially thought the breakfast price was a little high—until we looked around the neighborhood breakfast options and realized it was actually a pretty good deal for everything it included. The hotel also had a place in the lobby where we could refill our water bottles, saving us money and reducing wasted plastic bottles. We had a mini refrigerator and a kettle in our room, so we often brought in groceries from the little supermarket across the street. I will say that this is a small hotel in many ways, so keep that in mind. That was fine with us, and we had everything we needed for our two-week stay. The elevator holds 2 or 3 people at a time if they don’t have a lot of luggage. The rooms use the space they do have pretty well and have lots of outlets. We found that doing things like sliding our backpacks and shoes under the bed and piling our packing cubes of clothes in the clothes cupboard helped keep things neat. (Tip for those from the US: bring your own washcloth or bath sponge, or pick one up at a store like Monoprix. Unlike the US, other countries don’t always supply washcloths in hotels.) Loved the water pressure and abundant hot water in the shower too. The location is great! There are many cafes and shops nearby, as well as a movie theater and the Montparnasse Tower where you can get a view of the whole city. Plus, there is a Metro station and stops for multiple buses close by. Not to mention Gare Montparnasse, where you can access the TGV trains and other transit options. The neighborhood feels calmer and less "touristy" than other parts of Paris, and it always felt safe to us. So if you want a convenient home base for your Paris explorations where you can come back to a caring staff and a clean, comfortable room, this could be a fit for you. We are so grateful to everyone at Best Western Montparnasse for their true hospitality and can’t wait to come back again in the future. Merci beaucoup!

Very friendly staff. Very good location close to metro. Clean rooms! Refreshing. Just a little noisy at night so they provide you with earplugs which is understandable and accommodating! Would stay again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
