        Friendly staff, day or night. Easy to leave luggage prior to check in as well as after checking out. Conveniently close to the Milano Centrale train station. Kettle and tea and coffee facilities. Also a handful of English channels on the TV. Bathroom is a good size, though the room is small. Currently undergoing renovations to the exterior but that didn't bother me.

        The location was perfect, with the train station just a 3-minute walk away. There were a few family restaurants nearby serving delicious and authentic Italian food. The standard room was quite comfortable. The room size was suitable for two and the bed was large enough as well. We would have appreciated a colder fridge. The shower gel they provided was a nice touch - I loved its herbal smell and how smooth my skin felt after showering. The staff were very friendly. Though the exterior of the building was under renovation during our stay, it didn't significantly impact our experience.

        The staff who checked us in, Kamir, is heavenly. He exhibited and was consistent with his excellent customer service skills. Huyen was also great, and so was the young man who served at the restaurant. The location was perfect. Close to the central station (5-10 mins). The room was clean and had great products. I gave the service 4 stars because there was a staff member who on 3 occasions was not pleasant and she was impolite towards me. Other than that, it was amazing. Thank you, guys, for making our stay great. Hope to visit again.

        The service was amazing. Rooms were big and clean. Kamir was so great to me and my family of 8 who was rescue us after being discriminate against at the Ibis styles hotel in milano centrale. Jamie took care of us. I will always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Milan. Thank you also goes out to Martina and Matteo. Until next time.

        The location is convenient for an overnight stay, as it is right next to the railway station. Additionally, advanced walkers can reach the cathedral and city center on foot. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was quite small and dark, with a TV set positioned in the middle, which further limited the space. The breakfast experience was disappointing due to a limited selection, poor product quality, and a lack of fresh vegetables. Cleanness needs improvement.
