I must say ! staying here from Dec 20-24 has been the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had. Traveled all the way from America!! From day one to day four we’ve been treated so kind ! The front desk receptionist Beatrice is amazing , check in was so smooth as well as check out , she really knows her stuff. great staff , great food , and not to mention awesome bar !!! The cleanliness is top notch. This hotel is only 15 minutes from the Colosseum and all other historic sites! The food in this area is also good, it was amazing to finally taste some authentic Italian food ‼️ hands down the best location to stay Thank you’ll for your amazing hospitality ❤️

Our family room was great. Two separate sleeping areas with comfortable beds and two bathrooms was perfect. The service was impeccable and the breakfast was delicious. Hotel is a short walk to The Coliseum and right next to a Rome Metro stop.

We stayed here for one night in Rome, the location is great being so close to the colosseum which was a perk for us. However the area did seem a little unsafe at night. The rooms were very average and American like, if you want American while in a European country definitely stay here! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and let us check in early, also helped us with a ride to the airport which was great!

This hotel has so much to offer, great location (Metro outside front door), great staff and food, and nicely appointed rooms… but these same rooms have absolutely no soundproofing between them (paper thin walls!!). This is such a shame, but when paying for a room, one expects privacy and to be able to use the room without worry of noise from or being a nuisance to other guests. We mentioned this issue to the reception, who said they were aware, and currently updating their rooms to overcome the issue. So, if you are staying here, make sure you request a room on floors 1-5, and not 6 or 7. We were disappointed that having mentioned it, the staff were fairly dismissive of the issue and the impact on our stay, especially as our neighbours banged on the wall every time we wanted the TV on… we felt we couldn’t relax in a room we had paid for, and so for this reason, wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel - despite all the positive aspects it has to offer.

The positives: -Steps away from Manzoni station. -Good breakfast, a lot of choices for food. The negatives: -The room and decor were very dated and not very clean. -The walls and windows were paper thin. You could hear tons of honking from the street at all hours and could hear absolutely all of your neighbors in their rooms. -There were several mosquitos in the room, we tried to keep killing them but they kept showing up. -We booked this hotel specifically because it had air conditioning but when we arrived we were told that it had been shut off and the heat had been turned on. The temperature of the room was extremely hot making it nearly impossible to sleep. -There were no outlets near the bed. My partner uses a medical device at night that has to be plugged in and we had to move the bed across the room so it could be plugged in.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
