        I would not recommend this place. The service was very dry. Our room was essentially an attic, I kept bumping my head in the ceiling. For anyone with kids in stroller, our room was given on (I recall third floor); access to room is extremely difficult; the floor is on multiple levels, every time to go to room or leaving hotel we had to pick up the stroller (along with baby and all stuff) three time to reach the elevator. Just crazy!! Mattress was end of life and really difficult to sleep in. Location is very well connected by trams.

        Is the second time I stay on this hotel and is the second time I have a bad experience. The staff at the reception desk are the nicest and helpful, though! The first time, I thought I just had bad luck with the room and the noisy guests on the nearby rooms. But this time, the bad experiences continued. They still don’t have air conditioning, which I think that with more common high temperatures in unusual places, this should be some investment to think of. It is true that they provide the room with a fan, but it’s insufficient on hot days and when the room is already stuffy and fusty. The room looked tidy, however the floor needed some wet mop cleaning. The breakfast was the worst! It’s less than poor. It is not buffet style. The staff come into your table with a very arrogant attitude and just start telling you the options for coffee, juice (bottled, not natural), Bircher Müsli yogurt (that was really really thick). In addition, they bring a croissant, 3 small slices of bread and a really small bread. Butter and marmalade/honey in small cups. As basic as this! When we asked if they have some cheese/ham or even scrambled eggs they said it had an extra cost!!! Come on!!! We are in the cheese country and we have to pay extra for cheese? Completely unrealistic! I travel abroad a lot either for business or leisure purposes and I’ve stayed in various occasions in other Swiss hotels and is the first time that this happens: being served a hostel-like category breakfast. Not worth the money at all! Never staying here again! Uncountable better options in Zurich for sleeping/breakfast!

        We stayed at the hotel due to its close location to the stadium. Great for concerts and somehow close by to the airport. I recommend parking on the street on weekends (free of charge). Hotel parking is 20 chf per night. During weekdays hotel parking is recommended!

        This hotel is very good and the best in terms of quality/price ratio. It is the second time I take this hotel and will continue doing it. They have clean and spacious rooms with a super huge and nice breakfast. The staff and service are also very good and helpful. The reception area has been renovated recently and looks very modern and clean. I recommend 100%
