        Nice rooms, could be cleaner. Staff were polite. I don’t enjoy being called sir. But that’s a comment on the hospitality industry not necessarily just this place. Breakfast was nice. Gym is small and had what I needed however there was nothing to sanitize the equipment with before or after workout.

        Clean room, newer furniture. Couldn't get the fan to stop. Beds were comfortable. Still using small disposable shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was good, fresh, and a couple of options for gluten free. Staff were all polite, friendly and hospitable. I liked the location. Made it easy to get to London and highway. Pool was lovely. Great stay.

        Rooms are incredibly dated. Breakfast gave me instant stomach ache, to the point that I was sick for the entire morning. The staff is very friendly, but the rooms are not what I would consider clean. With updates it could have been a better stay.. They also have a beta fish in their front lobby who is not being housed properly.

        Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was super noisy all night and all morning. If you want a good sleep don’t stay here. I had to call into work the next morning as I didn’t sleep for even a hour. Staff were incredibly unhelpful/rude and house keeping came into the room a hour before check out. We also had cleaning staff walk into the room before check-out time. I reached out to Expedia to help with a potential refund and even Expedia had a poor experience when trying to communicate with this hotel. No compensation was offered from the hotel, however, Expedia did refund me which was so nice of them because it wasn't even their fault. Absolutely zero customer service skills by this hotel. UPDATE: The hotels response to my review makes absolutely no sense in relation to the complaint... "leeway"? for what? the lack of service? the poor experience and communication? the lack of help offered by your staff and management? the hotel was unwilling to 'work' with myself and Expedia.

        It is very clean hotel, close to some shopping (about 1 km west of the hotel on Dundas street). Break fast was very decent with generous time allowance (6-10am); swimming pool too looked clean though we did not use it. The pool was adjacent to the fitness room (which we used). We visited Sunday-Tuesday so the pool and exercise room were not busy. Exercise room is small and with limited number of equipment, so it might be more busy on weekend/special holidays. Hotel staff were all very helpful. Guest room (we had 2 queen beds) was clean and spacious enough. I would strongly recommend.
