Atmosphere was good! Room was a bit worn down and on Saturday there was some sort of party so you could really hear everything even with everything closed. Could work on upgrading sound proofing. Breakfast was very good and very kind and professional staff. For the price is recommended!

The hotel is fine, but what I loved the most was how helpful, friendly and professional the staff were. A special big thank you to Melvine, Bridget, Pauline, Peter and Paul, my driver, who took me safely and on time to all my appointments. I stayed from Sunday to Friday and will come back again when back in Nairobi. Breakfast was good, and I recommend the super tasty omelettes the chef prepared there and then.

I recently stayed at the Best Western hotel and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was outstanding - the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. The rooms were immaculately clean and well kept, and the hotel itself was clean and nicely maintained. The staff was attentive and dedicated, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. In particular, I was very impressed with the level of detail they put into cleaning and maintaining the hotel. I would highly recommend the Best Western hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience with great customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel we stayed was lacking when it comes to room size. The rooms at Best Western can range from small double rooms were more compact than the average hotel room. This can be a particular issue for couples travelling with a lot of luggage or families with young children, as the limited space can make it difficult to move around and accommodate additional beds or cots. Although Best Western rooms offer all the necessities, such as a TV, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi, they may not be the best choice for those looking for a spacious and accommodating stay. and attention to detail The choice of food for breakfast was well prepared as Chef Christ did his best. I however noticed a lack of daily variety. You are likely to have the same buffet option all 7 days of the week...with probably one or two variations

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
