Was there twice. The room size is OK. The shower is a little bit older, but still nice. Very easy to reach Osaka, Shin-Osaka or Kyoto/Himeji from Tsukamoto station. You can additionally take breakfast for maybe ¥1200 per person. If it’s going to rain, employees will add umbrellas near exit for you to borrow! You can take ammenities for bath near elevators and eat/heat food drink coffee in lounge. The only problem was that I have ordered non smoking room, but it sucked as somebody bellow was smoking. Gladly, we could open the window and get fresh air. But -1 star for keeping smoking rooms below non-smoking. It stinks!!!

## There will be an old school Sony alarm clock next to your bed, I know that you’ll use the alarm on your phone, but check if the alarm is set on the clock so it doesn’t wake you up at 6:00 am like ours did## An older business hotel that’s be partly refurbished. If you get this at a cheap price it’s clean and ok to stay, just expect a very small room and basic facilities. I can’t say anything about the breakfast as it wasn’t being served when we stayed in April 2023. Notes- this is one stop on a local train from Osaka station (Platform 5-6) and a couple on min walk from Tsukamoto Station There is centeral AC/heating and a high/low button. It was on heating mode in April and too hot so we were told to open the window that was Ok as we had ear plugs (Bring Ear Plugs!). Dinner recommendations- there are lots of small noisy restaurants nearby, but we found Kitchen K m R in the arcade opposite the station was more relaxing, open to 21.30 and tasted nice. Off the same arcade you’ll find a supermarket with a good choice of drinks and snacks.

The hotel service and facilities are really good. Quick check-in and check-out. Free coffee and tea. It’s a very convenient location because it just takes 5 minutes to walk to the gas station (Stukamoto Station JR Line). Take around 20-30 minutes from the hotel to Osaka station or Kobe. Lots of stores around such as convenience storess, drug stores, and Yoshinoya food stores, ...

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is right beside the JR tail station and this particular station is one stop away from Osaka station. This makes it the ideal location to provide as your base to explore Osaka. In the morning they have a very nice Japanese and western style breakfast buffet for a very reasonable amount (about 800 Yen) which again enables you to hit the ground running in Osaka. The staff are great and are well informed about the BW loyalty program which makes it easy to upgrade and revive your rewards perks. The rooms are spacious compared to Tokyo and very well kept. Overall a great property that is cost effective and enjoyable for those who want to experience Osaka.

The location is the best part about this hotel as it is incredibly close to Tsukamoto station. The room was small as expected of Japan, but the bathroom can be difficult to move around in. The building seems older but it looks to be refurbished recently. There is no laundry service but the hotel staff gave me directions to a nearby laundromat. Overall, my stay was pleasant.
