My stay at the Best Western in Phuket was a blend of comfort and convenience, with a few areas of improvement. One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant. It offered a delightful dining experience, and I was particularly impressed by the inclusion of Indian cuisine in their breakfast spread, which was overall quite good and catered to diverse tastes. The hotel’s Infinity pool was another high point, providing a breathtaking view that became the backdrop of many relaxing moments. The central location of the hotel in the city center is its strongest suit, eliminating the need for additional travel for shopping and providing easy access to the beautiful nearby beach. However, one aspect that could be enhanced is the lighting in the corridors leading to the rooms. The dim lighting in these areas gave a slightly unwelcoming feel and stood in contrast to the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Frankly location is the only thing the hotel has going for it. It's bang in the middle of Patong and all the major attractions are walkable. Apart from that the hotel is worse than best western motels across US. The rooms are average, the breakfast is nothing to look forward to and the hyped infinity pool is not worth mentioning. The staff is arrogant and maybe downright rude at times. In fact, I saw the restaurant staff fight with a man who just wanted to takeaway a spoonful of rice for his baby who was not eating then. The high standards across hospitality industry in Thailand have maybe raised my expectations, but the hotel could use some work. The great location can make you overlook some of the things but I am sure there are other hotels in the area which can give you a bang for your buck.

Stayed here for 8 nights and was so great. The room was large enough for 2 people. It smelt very nice after housekeeping finished.The view from rooftop pool was spectacular. Location was good as it was not too noisy and about 5 minute walk to the entertainment sector. Good breakfast buffet with wide selection of meals. Will come back for sure.

This hotel types more to families or couples. With very little manning of receptionists, it looks like they always work under pressure. But I get everything I want right on time even if they're busy in check-in/out. Breakfast is just nice. Every room comes with a balcony. Swimming pool timing can be extended or at least let guests enter the area after the operation timing to enjoy the view. The location 📍 . You're just nearby or within walking distance of everything you want! *the bellman and housekeeping guys are very good and kind.

Start with the good. Neat and clean rooms. Cleaners friendly and helpful. Location perfect. Pool not bad. Now for the poor. Front desk staff could smile more. Breakfast average at best. Noisy corridors. No toothbrush.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
