Amazing Hotel. The people that work here are very very nice, it is very clean here and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The rooms have a nice balcony with a beautiful view (picture included) and the three pools are great to swim in. It's very easy to get to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants nearby (but the restaurant in the hotel itself is very good, too!) . Highly recommend!

Very good experience staying here. The location is central, so you can travel to a lot of lactations on the island. Breakfast was fine, maybe a little bit more Choice would be fine. The room got cleaned every day by the sweet ladies that clean the hotel. Robert and Efron made our vacation an amazing experience. Every time when we walked past them in the hotel they greeted us and asked how our day was going. They also gave us advise for good spots to visit. We recommend to stay in this hotel if you feel that service is important.

Beautiful resort and perfect location. I have nothing bad to say about my visit here. I visited this resort in September and was always treated professionally with kindness. The food served at this resort was of great quality. The staff were friendly and I’ve had numerous encounters with the restaurant staff during my visit and it was always pleasant. The staff present during the serving of breakfast even remembered our usual orders and this shows how they pay attention to their guests. I wish I could recall all their names as they all deserve recognition for their efforts in making our stay pleasant. Robert and Efren were always helpful and professional as well and always ensured that our orders were handled with quality and took their time to get to know us as guests in a professional manner to ensure we get the highest quality of assistance at the restaurant. I have nothing bad to say about my visit and would definitely love to visit this resort again. It was my second time in Phuket but also my most pleasant experience. Both stays were of the highest quality, but this resort made us feel at home, away from home.

First impression is that is not that much, but seeing other hotels around I realized is one of the best options in the area. Nice view with the ocean, several clean pools and decent restaurant, also with good European cuisine (schnitzel, carbonara). Perfect location, 5 min from beach and central street. Downsides: A/C in rooms is noisy, elevator starts from 1st level only. Noise from the street.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days, and it is a great hotel! The location is also excellent, it is close to Karon Beach and Patong is only about fifteen minutes away. We also received very friendly help in the restaurant. The waiters Efren and Robert have always welcomed us with a smile and are very hard workers💪🏻. So a great hotel to stay in!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
