Typically I'm skeptical about airport hotels but 10/10 this is the right one. Rooms are nice and it's in a quieter local area so it's away from the tourists. Close to downtown just a short walk but also quiet and an amazing selection of local restaurants. Just a short walk away the staff here are excellent and the parking is plentiful. The breakfast here is great as well. If you're looking for an affordable yet good hotel this is the one.

Booked a room for our Anniversary, picked this location strictly for the use of the hot tub...upon arrival and ready to use the hot tub we quickly discovered it wasn't in use...until December 2023 after it's inspected! Ok why isn't there a sign at the pool entrance, in the lobby, or online on the first page??? Very very disappointed 😞. After waiting for the clerk to come to the desk for 15 minutes because he was on his computer in the back, he didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Discouraged and disappointed we went back to our room. Upon waking up and finding one of the local homeless people asleep in the bushes at the entrance to the hotel it was time to leave.

Great Breakfast for the price of room ,I used an app to fet my price. Close to SAP Center and Airport. Little pool and hot tub. Rooms have Microwave, Refrigerator with freezer, hair dryer and iron. I will definitely use them again

Appreciate the morning meal consisted of a couple healthy options of scrambled eggs and protein in the form of sausage or bacon (Keto forever, F carbs!) As well as all the highly processed typical poor unhealthy high carb options and it was presented consistently and with care (leave a tip for the under payed, undervalued service employees👍🏼🙂) Loved the complimentary automatic espresso and hot beverage machine in the lobby. (They really should replace the decomposing shabby pleather couch 🙄. The tiny pool and surrounding area is in need of attention, not at all inviting. 🙁 Room was comfortable and service was friendly and efficient. Leave a tip for the folks that clean the room, it's tough out there. ☮️❤️

The check in was nice, good hot breakfast but the street noise was a Lil too much for us. If you can handle all the traffic all hours then this place is okay to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
