We stayed here the last night of our girls trip. Tommie was great! He made sure we had what we needed and were happy. We ate dinner in the lobby, and probably stayed there too long, but they were so kind to us! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you, Tommie, for making our last night one of the best!

Everything started off great at check in. Tommie greeted us at the door with a smile and a very upbeat personality. He was super nice and connected with my wife and I right away. He showed us where everything was and made great side conversations. It made us feel very welcome. We will be coming back to this hotel the next time we are in Austin.

The staff was friendly and the entire hotel was clean. Our room was perfect for my kids and me. We had a microwave and mini refrigerator which was great because we stayed for 3 nights. Our room towels were changed daily and the front desk provided us with pool towels so we wouldn't have to use ours. I used the washer and dryer and the computer in the lobby to print out some discount passes. Furthermore, the breakfast was really good and the selection of a wide variety of coffee, juice, and milk.

We never received service. When we asked for towels to at least have fresh for the next morning, we were told they were all in the wash. ALL of them... at once. Then, at 2am they gave somebody our room key. Thank God the internal lock was on because they were coming in. The place was very clean but the staff seemed indifferent to any questions. I was shocked that they had no recommendations of places to eat. We were told "I'm not from here". This was a one off experience because we stay at these hotels often. I walked away very disappointed. I will stay elsewhere next time we are in town.

I stayed from a Sunday to a Monday with my daughter. The hotel was updated and very nice. The room was very nice. The reason for the 2 stars was because my son found chips around the bed when we turned down the bed. It was a bit concerning if the room was as clean as it seemed from first glance. The hotel breakfast was just "ok". The sausage was just heat and serve as usual, and the eggs were a bit watery. The pancake machine was not in service. They had only one waffle maker, which made for a long wait. The location was not the best. It was in-between other hotels. However, I would not be comfortable walking out and around the area in the day more less in the evening.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
