Our AirBnB ended up not working out and I was in town for an event the only place I could book same day (same hour) that hadn’t upped the price to some ridiculous amount. The room looked way better in person than in the photos. It was no frills and I usually book some cutesy campy v Austin place. But I will book here again. The room was spacious and clean, there was 2 beds. We forgot toothbrushes and the nice lady at the desk found two ones for us at no extra charge. The lobby was cute and clean. Breakfast was great and saved us time and money!! The location was great , close to everything. FREE PARKING which obviously should be a thing everywhere but all the places I looked had $45+ parking a night or street parking and we would have had to park and walk with our things for several blocks. So this was goat! ALSO— check out is noon. Everywhere else was 10 or 11 and breakfast was served until 10am. This is actually such a gem! Service was great too. It was quiet and everyone was respectful

We love BW+. That's our go to place. Rack up rewards for free nights, a pretty good daily Happy hour! The best free breakfast buffet. Plenty of choices for everyone. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, ham, sausage links, oatmeal, fruit, cereal...get the picture? Our favorite staff member is Natalie, she really takes care of you. Try it, you won't be sorry!

The room was dirty, and the in room coffee maker was a full on science experiment gone wrong. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they can't make up for the absolutely dirty feeling you have when you stay here. The pool is a very toxic sludge shade of green. The restroom in the lobby is worse than some very disgusting gas station bathrooms I have encountered during my travels. My room did not feel clean. There were chunks of debris (maybe a decayed tooth) in the bathroom, and the coffee maker made me cringe.

this location is one of the best i’ve stayed in. Exceptionally clean and everything works . This remodel looks to be about 10 years or more (but i wouldn’t change a thing .) I stayed in another Austin location only 4 years old last week and it’s tired and not clean like this hotel . Nothing tired at all about this one . Housekeeping is really on top of keeping this hotel clean. Super friendly front desk agent found me a phone charger to use. They have a kiosk with a video set up of a remote worker for late night . It was very cool.

Asked try to have a quiet room for better sleep, the front desk lady said will give us a very quiet room …….. when we get in the room, found actually this room has a door could directly go through to other room there’s a door between just locked, it’s not good for noise for sure. Bcz she said not many people live in this floor so we thought probably no body will live there tonight. but in the middle night around 3:00 AM feel like somebody moved in to the next door, they started playing music very loudly and talking and laughing and singing and yelling like crazy no stop, we can’t sleep at all. 4:00 PM, we have to get up knowing their door … they stopped for about 10 minutes and started yelling and talking again ….. till another couple hours….. this massed up our whole night sleep and had a very bad experience…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
