I’m staying in the Best Western Carapace while I volunteer at a dog clinic just down the road. I couldn’t be happier with the hotel, it’s clean and well maintained. Has several lovely pools and slides for kids. It’s also a very short walk to a very quite stunning beach. There’s a choice of both very good Thai food and more western food, I recommend the pizza!! Also the cocktails are great🍹 And all very reasonably priced for a luxury hotel. There are also many shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel if you wish to venture out. But the standout quality of this hotel?? The staff, they are so kind and welcoming, they work very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible and they can’t do enough for you!! I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, I am a solo traveler staying here for a month and I feel safe and very well looked after by the amazing staff 😊

The hotel was very nice and clean. We were welcomed with friendly staff and luggage were offered to take to the room for us. The breakfast was very nice with many options. We had a lot of fun with the slides — a very family friendly place! The beach was an easy walk or you can ask the reception to drop you off which is even quicker. The room had all amenities needed and room service was also excellent. All round had an awesome time and will be going again. Shoutout to Benz for making it extra special for us :)

Additionally, there have been concerns about the bathroom doors not locking properly, causing inconvenience. While the beach pool area and attentive service from the management receive praise, these room-related issues suggest areas for improvement. Overall, the hotel provides a quality experience but may need to address these specific concerns to enhance guest satisfaction fully.

The staff are very attentive and kind. The pool area not enough sitting area and it will be packed during long weekend & holiday. The cleaner around pool area is very hard working also the pool securityguard was very informative and friendly. Bed was too small for two people. I am not sure if there are the bed bugs or maybe the bed sheet that gave me and itchiness on my legs. Note on birthday celebration was ignored or probably no service for any complimentary from hotel. The beach are nice and quite there are no bar at this moment but you can find some place to buy drink and eat nearby. No toilet or even the shower to clean feet or body are not working. People who are back from the beach are tend to clean themselves at the pool.

This is not a hua hin hotel it's a long way out of town. The photos of a lot of the areas of this hotel are very deceptive - the calm looking pool areas close to the beach are for a condo resident complex off limits to hotel guests. It's not close to the beach even though it claims to be beachfront. Any access to the beach is blocked by the condo though you can get a bus to the 'beach club'. This is only if you want a holiday for kids and you don't want to leave the pool. It's essentially a water park with some rooms around it. There are much better options actually in Hua Hin so that adults/parents also have something to do. Otherwise to stay at this place it's a 15-20 minute ride into restaurants etc. by taxi I also found the security staff unhelpful and surly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
