First of all greeted beautifully by two very welcoming spirits Andrew and Erica at the front desk 🥰 went above to help me. The rest of the hotel staff made me feel comfortable being there.🤩 I would pick this place again when I come back. My room made me feel like VIP. Best price for great treatment and amenities. This hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever been in when it comes down to the cleanest well maintained hotel on top of the breakfast being A+ keep up the great work ❤️🏆

The staff were wonderful! There was a problem with the first room. Maintenance determined the fix would take time. I was upgraded and moved to a new room without delay. The breakfast was superb: good choices, hot food was hot, tasty. The pool was enjoyable, including hot tub. Good night time security. Very nice stay and will return on next business trip.

Relatively cheap considering the location ~ I didn’t stay here but I had booked a room for my two friends visiting from Canada. It was their first time in the states and they enjoyed their stay and breakfast. We checked in really late, and they were happy to give us late check out!

It was an awesome experience. The rooms was clean with good A/C. Breakfast was good and the best scrabble eggs so far at hotel. Parking was perfect with a wall surrounding the property for privacy. The security was on point, at night to gain access to the hotel building, you need carry your key card our else they will not let you until sun rise. There was security guard outside, he was more of a show of authority but the best security is the key card swap, SO don't forget your key card when you go out at night. Overall, other utilities was good, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Houston near downtown.

This is a nice hotel. It has a pool and hot tub. They have security in the parking lot at night. Breakfast is included. They also sell beer and wine at the front desk. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The water and coffee in the room are complimentary. I would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
