Absolutely loved it here! It's "old" but that's a huge part of the charm. It's beautiful, perfect location, and the room was comfy and clean. We had a "city view" and it was spectacular! I can't wait to stay here again. The parking was tight, but we don't have any problem finding a spot. We ate at several of the near by restaurants and spent time in Old Town. There are lots of stairs, but the scenery makes you forget you're breathing heavy🤣. There are elevators, so you always have that option haha. Go, it's great!

This is literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The management has no idea what is going on, and the property is BEYOND need of repairs! The owner Bill McWhethy has REALLY let it go! They claim the pool is heated but it is NOT! It ruined my son's 10 birthday by us reserving a room here! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Also they allow homeless to use the restrooms specifically for guests. It is DISGUSTING here! 0 stars out of 10!!!

Excellent Old Town SD location and beautiful property. Has a cool resort vibe with lots of gardening and areas to walk around. Our room was huge and very clean. Mattress seemed a bit old and wasn't the most comfortable. They called us a few hours before check-in while we were traveling and said they needed a new card to hold the room or they would cancel because they were sold out and our card on file was denied. Had to have been on their end because we have never had problems with that card before or since. Ultimately worked it out but was a pain dealing with that in an airport terminal on our first day of vacation. All good though, would recommend to those staying in Old Town on a budget.

Been coming here for 30 years. Love the location. Right above old town so don’t have to do a lot of driving and can go on plenty of walks / window shopping. Paid parking and parking is super tight so be careful or you’ll end up with a lot of dings. Rooms are clean but now a little dated as you can see some wear and tear ( at least on my last few rooms ) Hot tub has been out of order the past 2 years worth of visits ( could just be bad timing / luck ) The hotel lobby and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Service I gave 5 stars but one peeve of mine is after hearing how long I’ve been coming the front desk still refused to let me book a balcony room which led me to stay at a different nearby hotel for the first time ever this year.

A large hotel with many hotel rooms and a decent restaurant with bar. The rooms were a little outdated, but in working order. The conference room was a little small for our group of 80, but overall a good experience and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
