        I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are friendly and very helpful. We left our bags safe in the hotel as we arrived very early and went to explore the surroundings and did the same after checking out. It is very functional and efficient. The only thing i would suggest would be to make the restaurant menu visible to guests when they check in as it is next to the reception, most guests would feel more comfortable knowing what is available and the prices prior to getting a table.

        Myself and a friend have just returned from Amsterdam spending the night at this hotel. From the minute we arrived till we departed today we received first class treatment. The man at reception who also served drinks was a credit to his employer, he was polite, professional and had a good sense of humor, but unfortunately i never got his name. The rooms were very nice with a large comfortable bed.I also charged my EV from almost empty to full using the hotel chargers for just €12.50. The tram to Amsterdam was so easy. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

        We booked this for it's close location to Amsterdam centre and weren't disappointed as the Tram stop to the Metro was a short walk away. The only thing is it's slap bang in the middle of an industrial estate which isn't clear from the website or through the holiday company we booked. It wasn't noisy or busy, but the location was quite secluded if walking in the dark. As a family, the room was brilliant with adjoining door and shared bathroom. The breakfast was lovely, good choice but the dinners were limited in choice and quite pricey, and with few places to eat locally you were limited on options. Though the 24/7 Pizza machine wad a delight! Good base for exploring.

        Really clean and accommodating hotel. Just far from the city centre. However the 25 tram is super close. The staff is very friendly and made the stay really enjoyable!

        Silent hill esque area, located in the middle of nowhere - AMSTLEVEEN INDUSTRIAL; a place where residents are nowhere to be seen, the weathers gloomy and setting sure to inspire a lacklustre experience. Breakfast was off putting, and the rooms were without an adequate phone line, broken kettle - and a TV remote which kept falling between the beds.. Not to mention, broken glass miraculously appearing in the carpet on the second day. The hotel has many hidden backrooms, full of deep, dark energies - sprouting negativities which negate the positive energy expelled from the staff. Staff did appear helpful, very pleasant and amazing - however looked trapped, and appeared to be stuck in a forever lasting vacuum of the best western in AMSTLEVEEN. Such a strange location, such a strange hotel, odd experiences were had.
