The hotel has a great location, close to the old town. The tram station is at 5 min walk and it takes you everywhere (tram no 2 from the airport directly). The rooms are large and high (old building) and it was a little bit chilly (in December) although there is a heater in the room. There is no carpet or slippers provided, so be prepared. The breakfast was awesome, fresh and plenty everyday (the quiche was amazing) and the coffee great. There is also a coffee machine and a water heater in the room. The personnel was very helpful and kind.

We loved the hotel. It was a trip to celebrate my 60year birthday and we were automatically upgraded to a junior suite since the room was not ready at check-in. They also offered us champagne when we were waiting for the room. The room was nice with a private terrace. The staff was truly kind, service minded and helped us a lot. Breakfast was particularly good, a lot to choose from, for example, freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel is located near the promenade and a short walk from Massena and old town. We will be back!

I stayed at this charming property last fall and was taken by the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Daniel, Giuseppe, and the Director, Mr. Wim de Prete. As much as this is part of a big chain of hotels, this particular hotel felt like home away from home. The room was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable with large widows. An easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, five minutes to the Promenade des Anglais and the Alsace Lorraine train station (a direct line to/from the airport), five minutes walk to the iconic hotel Negresco, the location can’t be more perfect. Breakfast was fresh each morning on the garden terrace with delicious quiche and muesli, homemade recipes from Mr. de Prete! A special shout out to Daniel and Giuseppe for their outstanding service and for always going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

The hotel location is perfect and close to the centre, but more than that the main reason for 5 starts is the service from the staff. You are treated extremely well and no problem is to big to solve. I have been staying in this hotel for 5 years and everytime we stay there we can't wait to come back. Keep it up team and look forward to being back with you soon again

Our special appreciation to Daniel - manager of the hotel and his amazing staff! Our parents spent a vacation in the Brice Garden hotel and got an excellent experience of hospitality and service. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
