        The hotel is located in an easy-to-find location and accessible via taxi or public transportation such as buses and trams. We had an experience of a hassle-free check-in process. The hotel staff is proficient in communication. Having reserved a suite (has a comfortable bed), which gave us the opportunity to have sea views and scenarios of the surrounding area. Furthermore, within walking distance of the hotel, you can enjoy a variety of dining options/eateries. In order to enhance the guest experience, the Best Western Hotel has some areas that need to be improved. These involve addressing concerns about cleanliness, updating dated materials, and providing guests with complete information during check-in.

        We had an excellent stay here for 6 nights. The hotel staff are so polite & helpful, giving us assistance anytime we needed help. The hotel is well maintained & cleanliness was very good. The location of the hotel is very good as well, very close to the central which is accessible by tram, MTR & bus. Overall enjoyed our stay very much!

        It was an old building but very well-managed. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. There's a tram station right in front of the hotel. There are several bus stops and 1 MTR station nearby. Minus point only for the bed & pillow, the bed was quite hard and the pillows was weird for me. I didn't have a good sleep for the first and second nights. Thankfully managed to find the right position to sleep which didn't hurt my back and neck. Stayed at the Superior Double Suite room.

        The quality of the room is okay. Not perfect as you can tell most of the place is dated. The hot water doesn’t heat that fast and the elevator is confusing as they did not remove the out of service. The linens are very clean and they replace it every day though so it’s a plus. The location of the hotel is also best as it is near to the tram, train, convenience store and the supermarket. Also it is very family friendly. Will come back here if I bring my family.

        This hotel is old, room size is not bad, but the room is all worn out. there's not enough lights in the room, and the light bulbs are low wattage, it didn't lite up the room. I had to use my own flashlight to look for personal items in my luggage, which is pathetic. I've never done this before in any other hotels I stayed. The staff was very nice, courteous and helpful. location not bad, airport bus bus-stop is 2 mins walk from hotel.
