The reviews I read did worry me. However I found the location good, convenient for transport and walking. Staff could try harder to be more friendly. Lifts very slow. Room very basic and tired. Not as good as Army rooms I have stayed in over the years. Hostel level. Very hard mattress. Thin duvet. Very basic facilities but there were shower gels and toothbrushes provided. Safe did not work. Halls did smell a bit of cigarettes but the did try and ventilate. A lot of traffic noise as no double glazing. No view as glass obscured. Tiny cramped room. As somewhere just to sleep and administrate your self its just about OK. Wouldn't want to have two in the room. You could swing a small kitten but not a cat.

From the HK Airport, you can ride the A21 Bus ($34.60) and it’s dropping off in front of Best Western which is good. Going back to the airport is the same, just have to cross the road and there’s only one bus stop in there going to the airport (A21 Bus same fare). But this place is unbelievable. We stayed in a non-smoking and went on winter time. (5-11 Degrees Celsius at the time) There is no Central Heating System. I tried to use the AC to make the room warm but it’s broke! The wind from the outside is coming in to the room so it was still cold as we enter our room. Instead of feeling comfortable to sleep, we were freezing because they’re windows are not properly locked. When we arrived of course the room was still not ready, but when we came in. The smell, it stinks. It’s like they use the same towels to clean rooms and never clean the towels. We asked for Make-Up Room, as you can see on the photos, it was still the same bedding with stains. But thank God they changed the towels. If you got big cases, there is not enough room to open your cases on the floor. You have to put it on the bed to sort yourself out. Additionally, if you want to use the kettle. You have to put it on the floor. There is no outlet on top of the table, how silly is that???? The bed is pretty hard to sleep with. We just had to carry on honestly. The heater is working fine. They got 2 free water bottles a day, and toiletries. Good cable channels to watch the news. That’s all i could commend. This hotel is a bit of a walk going to Tsim Sha Tsui station. As it is on the other side.

Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Try never ever to book your holiday or any kind of stay in this hotel. 1)no service 2)torn towels 3)torn curtains 4)no fluent or understanding staff 5)bad smell in whole hotel 6)worst customer response team 7)shows something different in photos and rooms are something different

Carpets are dirty. Hallways smell like a smoking area (non smoking floor). Rooms are not cleaned everyday, and when they do, the beddings and the towels are not changed. Air-conditioning system is very poor! Bathrooms are not well maintained, there were cracks and leaks on the floors. Toilets , sink and bathtub are stained. BEDS ARE INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! I got nasty bites on my legs and took weeks to completely heal! This hotel is NOT recommended. Sure they have a great location, but there are other hotels around the same area to rather try. Just.Don't.Go.Here.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The rooms need some TLC and it seems as if they have not been cleaned at all. We received an upgrade because our original room had black mold growing in it - and the "upgrade" is hardly better. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here unless you're okay with sleeping in filth.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
