Rooms are nice but the carpet in the rooms are not clean. I'm assuming because it's winter right now. The bathroom also had mold growth in the caulking. Other than that the sheets and towels felt nice to use and they were definitely clean. The pool area is nice to sit at. It is very busy with lots of bodies inside the pool and hot tub. Water was heavily treated but it needs to be with all the people using it.

Great room, although a bit humid. I turned on the AC to 21⁰, and the fan in the bathroom which seemed to help a lot. The service is excellent. Close by to Tim's for a quick tea run at night. They may want to check the fire alarms, ours was expired since 2021. Arcade was okay. They charge an extra 4% on the room, like Niagara Falls does. Although there's absolutely nothing touristy around.

Second year we’ve done Christmas celebration with extended family at Lamplighter Inn and we will likely do it again. Lots of little ones in our group and the pool gets a lot of use. Both years we’ve stayed here, most family in our group have had rooms relatively close together which has been nice. The staff don’t guarantee this however and it does make planning a bit challenging. Location right off the highway- very convenient/easy to get to. Free parking. This hotel has a lot to offer and we really enjoy it!

This is our third visit in 2 years. It is a great place for families. Nice and clean good service and safety. Swimming next to palm trees and tropical plants in Canada in the winter and fall is awesome. My family will definitely be back again. My only complaint is the kick a** super fast water slide should be open way more. This time was for our 3rd anniversary. But we still had our two year old he loved it more this time than the last.

Spent a few nights with the family and my 11 year old and 7 year old loved it ! The slide is super fun , and fast ! The room was great ! Outdated, but not an issue when your there to sleep and your not an interior designer! The only two draw backs for us were the fact a wedding was running ( beautiful wedding by the way! ) but they closed the pool , and it was closed longer then expected. I do understand, but when your there for the pool and waterslide only- you want to use them. Maybe when booking and a wedding is booked , guest should know ahead of time. I did know weddings happen, but didn't realize they close the pool. The other , was the hot tub. The sign clearly stated 5 and younger not allowed and only 7 people at a time and NO one followed this. I have kids , but they followed the rules and they had the huge pool and slide anyways. I certainly don't think children in puddle jumpers should have been allowed in , jumping around splashing. Or maybe just make adult only instead so the adults have a little area kid free.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
