Come in Friday night lady at the desk was very nice , but when we left at 8am on Sunday and had returned our cards and had been away from the hotel for 4hrs. I get a charge to my card and when I call to ask about it they tell me that was for smoking in one of the rooms. For one the two occupants that were in the room are non-smokers so not sure how that was possible and we had already been gone for four hours so not sure how the smell would have been so strong and fresh. Also was told to call the next day to talk to a manager and every time I have called there is never a manager there and they haven't called me back. Also the head house cleaning lady that was on duty at the time was very rude when the lady at the desk didn't really seem to know what was really going on. I would not recommend this hotel for any younger couple or group of people to go to.

With the exception of the ugly view on the backside of the building (neighbors yards of broken down vehicles), the lady at the front desk either passed out at the desk or in her car, the same run of the mill hot breakfast (powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, the norm), our (guests, wife, and i)) stay was nice. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us with everything we needed close by and we felt safe the entire time we were there. When we're back in the area, we'll be staying again. And we'll recommend this location to others as well.

No Hot Water! Stayed here a month ago and water was warm. Complained then. Now the bath water isn't even luke warm. Receptionist said they were working on it. Stated entire hotel had no hot water. How do they even clean with just cold water? Hard beds. Hot breakfast advertised til 1030. Hot buffet empty at 930. Save your money and stay somewhere that cares.

Paid over 104.00 for a 1 bed room. There is huge bed bugs. I was woken from the bites as soon as I turned the light on they were all over the pillows and bed. I immediately called front desk to complain. They came to the room and looked and left. I was offered another room and I declined it was 730am and I needed to get ready to leave to work. Came in from Dallas and arrived at 230am. In a spand of 5 hours that I semi slept I was devoured by these bugs. They offered no refund or any kind of apology. I suggest to the front desk that they fumigate. This is a health hazard. There is such thing as Trypanosoma cruzi. A parasite that is transmitted through bedbugs. So save your money and don't risk your health. For me I will be fine, I will go to Santa Rosa and buy a parasite medication. But some of yall don't have such stores therefore be safe out there. Best Western we deserve better for our money. I give it ZERO stars ( I TOOK PICTURES UPON REQUEST IF NEEDED )

I really liked their 3 queen room for our large family. I didn't like that the circuit breaker had tripped and our AC wasn't running all day before we checked in so our room was really hot. Luckily we checked in early and went to the pool and to dinner because it took a solid 6 hours to cool off completely

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
