It was fine. The room smelled a bit musty, along with the hallway carpet. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall but overall it was okay. The pool is heated, which is really nice during the winter months. It was a little dirty though, with sand on the bottom. Outdoor area and seating is nice. Breakfast was okay. Bathrooms are clean.. and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Staff was nice. Overall, this hotel was not bad and was in a nice area.

My husband and I stayed here from 10/5 - 10/10. I would first like to say that the manager of housekeeping Christina is amazing! She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Always there to lend a hand and guide us as we had not been to Ft Lauderdale before. She checked in with us daily to make sure everything was up to snuff and if we needed anything she was on it immediately. The rooms were very clean, the view was wonderful, and the location was perfect for us as it was close to the beach but far enough from the party life downtown so we could relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus, for four nights. The full breakfast buffet is outstanding, with many items to choose from. Only a few feet to fort Lauderdale's best beaches. The manager is very attentive to the property, checking on the pool, checking on the restaurant, asking the hotel guests how their stay is going. All the rooms have windows, to enjoy the views. And most rooms have balconies with patio furniture. I would definitely recommend, and stay at this property again.

I’m loyal to Best Western Plus motels, but this Best Western should NOT be a “BW Plus.” It’s aging, not well maintained, the walls are paper thin, the room and hallways have an odor, the bathroom door stuck, and it was expensive (about $300 per night, including taxes). On top of that, the shower in this ADA-compliant room was poorly designed, so the water poured out all over the bathroom floor, instead of going directly to the shower drain. All the room doors along this hall SLAMMED shut when closed, and then the walls SHOOK OVER AND OVER as the many people staying on our floor came and went. The AC unit blows cold air directly on the head of the bed. The vent wasn’t adjustable. I would never stay here again.

The room was great. My only issue was not being made aware of the parking fee until after the fact. The front desk girl seemed extremely annoyed to deal with me. I had a BW gift card to use and she still tried to charge me full price. I had to remind her to take it off. Everything else was wonderful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
