Stayed for two nights. Great place to walk to attractions. Room was small but very clean and with everything available. Parking is another $30 a day but that make sense in heart of downtown. I did not like the breakfast with very few choices that is why 4 stars.

The location was close to what we went to Seattle for. The walk to the football stadium was so close. The hotel is old and so are the rooms. It's history and comfortable. The morning breakfast had good choices. The character of the hotel is amazing. The view was lacking (but the windows were big and made the room bright). Felt very safe in the hotel

If you like simple and convenience, this place is for you! We loved the old feel and style to it, a little outdated but the overall experience was great. Best we’ve received in a while. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was good, standard like most. If you’re expecting a full blown breakfast meals, NOT your place. We enjoyed it every morning and brought along some snacks as well and kept in our mini fridge (which was requested when we booked our stay and to our surprise ready to go in our room when we arrived - BIG PLUS). Experience: The staff was super friendly and attentive. We got locked out once without any IDs to verify our information used to book but the team member worked with us! Got us right back in. Night staff was quick to open the front doors during our later nights. House keeping was respectful and restocked anything needed as well. Kitchen/Breakfast staff were always making sure everything was stocked and fresh. Side note: Also, we got a room in the corner of the building facing the pier. On Friday, it was even loader and busier, even at 3AM, just something to keep in mind if you’re on the side of the hotel. We didn’t mind it.

The staff was very nice. We stayed here on July 18 the day we flew into Seattle. You can tell the hotel is in an older building, but very well maintained. They have a private parking garage. The staff was super nice and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The older building style adds a very nice charm to this establishment. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Good price on a well maintained historic building. Located close to everything you want to do and see. Super friendly check in, quality continental breakfast. Close to the King Street Train station and the ferries. Will definitely stay again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
