        Just finished staying here for three nights and it was one of the worst hotel stays I have had. The front staff were rude and not accommodating at all. When we asked questions we felt as though we were bothering the staff and that is what the front staff is there for. We stayed on the fifth floor in a premium king room. These rooms are not at all premium, just a regular, small hotel room. They are "premium" as they are on the top floor (my guess). The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. The room beside us had dogs that would randomly bark throughout the night. Thankfully it was not all night just random times throughout the entire night. Not something someone wants to hear while on vacation. It would have been nice to be notified that we were on the "pet floor" as we would have requested another room. The last night we were woken up at 6 am to the lady beside us on her cell phone. One of the mornings we also woke up to the staff fighting over their cleaning carts right outside our room. The elevator shakes terribly and feels unsafe. The only star this hotel deserves is for location, however there are nicer, cleaner, quieter hotels not far from this location that are worth your money and stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all. *UPDATE: As per hotels response: I can assure you there were two dogs on the fifth floor on Sunday, October 29, 2023 on the fifth floor in the room to the right in front of the elevators when exiting the elevators*

        Exceptional service, staff are all friendly and helpful. Room is extremely clean and comfortable. Location by English Bay is perfect for exploring Stanley Park, the West End, and False Creek. Coal Harbour and downtown are just a short walk away, there is also a bus stop right by the hotel entrance. Attached pub has a wide choice and food is far above "pub grub". Location is suprisingly and pleasantly quiet at night.

        The Best Western Plus Sands hotel is a great choice. Not only does it overlook the iconic English Bay in downtown Vancouver but you are minutes from shopping, eating and just a great romantic walk along the ocean. The staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. This is one of only 2 locations that I stay at in the Vancouver area. You won’t be disappointed that is for sure! Also you will be thanked for your loyalty each and every time you stay.

        The Best Western Plus Sands hotel is a great choice.         Not sure what people are on about with the bed bugs.. say the reviews after I had already booked and paid and they made me very nervous. My room was very clean. (Though we do travel with a pet so we stay on the pet designated floor. They are always cleaned much more thoroughly.) Beds were very very comfortable. The shower pressure…. Awful. Also the soap they provide was citrus. Probably not an issue for most people however I have an allergy so I had to go out and buy some soap for the night. Overall very worth the 100$ I saved staying here rather than a few blocks closer to the city centre. The service was amazing during the day. all the ladies had a huge smile and were very welcoming. However the man who was working the front desk the night we stayed was rather unfriendly. Not rude but a bit off putting. Check in and check out was very fast and easy even with our dog. They also provide parking on site for a small additional fee. Not huge parkade underground or anything but we felt very safe leaving our car there overnight. The area is fantastic. If you are able bodied you are within walking distance from Rodgers arena. (About 20 mins walk) There are some fantastic restaurants right around the hotel. We ate at hook just across the street. Very affordable fresh seafood right on the ocean. Doesn’t get better than that!

        Not sure how this place can get less than 5 start. Room was clean and modern. Service friendly. Incredible location, a block from the beach, surrounded by fun bars and great restaurants. Wanted to check out the hotel bar but it couldn’t fit 2 more people on a Sunday it was so full so it might be a good spot. We did not hear noise. Perhaps the was the location of our room (321)

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
