        Not a Traveler-Friendly Hotel My husband and I reserved a room here to rest midway on a long drive from visiting family in Michigan to returning to our Vermont home. This Best Western hotel is located conveniently at the intersection of 401 and 402, and it advertised as winning a "travelers choice" award, and so it seemed perfect. Indeed our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast however was a completely different experience. We had planned to grab some coffee and food and hit the road for the long drive ahead. We travel a lot and I can't remember the last time take out cups and food weren't available. But the hotel had dishes suitable only for eating in. There were no paper cups and they had no on-the-go trays. So, we grabbed our travel mugs and wrapped up some food in napkins since our room rate included breakfast. The staff made it pretty clear during this process that they were not happy with us. I provided feedback to them privately on this matter, that I was not pleased. Their response was pretty rude, in my opinion, basically accusing us of contaminating their meal service. Verbatim, the ops manager said in an email: "Regarding your concerns about wrapping up food in napkins and filling travel mugs, we want to ensure you that our breakfast offerings are prepared in accordance with stringent food handling standards. While there is no limit to the consumption of the food, we do have restrictions on where it can be consumed to guarantee proper handling and to maintain its quality and integrity. We apologize if this information was not communicated clearly during your stay." Clearly, if you are hoping for coffee or a breakfast sandwich to go, you don't stay at this Best Western.

        I don't usually write reviews but the service here was so exceptional I felt I had to. Alonzo was at the front desk when we arrived and also when we left. He was courteous, informative, and very kind and helpful. In the morning we went to have breakfast and the staff there was just as great. The waitress and the chef went above and beyond to serve us, ensuring our girls were happy. Thank you for having us and I hope we are able to stay again one day.

        Right off the 401 and easy to get to. The parking lot has ample spots and on the other side is a restaurant. Check in was smooth and staff were so friendly! Took the time to chat while checking me in. Rooms have a nice citrus smell. Rooms were clean and well stocked in the washroom. Didn’t have the typical wash cloths. These were a bit thicker and softer. Standard room with double beds. Basic tv and a mini fridge. A great choice for the night

        I dont normally do reviews unless it was an outstanding experience. Well I am doing a review because it was OUTSTANDING. We had a very long day in St Thomas and decided to stay the night rather then drive home . Well I can not say enough about this Hotel . If you are this way and need to stay look no farther . Alfonso at the front desk was such a joy . We arrived late and tired and the resturant was just about to close but Alfonso called them and the Executive Chef came out and said do not worry we will look after you . They made us Chicken Pennè and it was AMAZING. I have to honestly say I have never had such and welcoming amazing experience at any Hotel ever and we have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels but never like this . We will be back for sure . Thank you Alfonso for making this stay such a joy .

        Tired hotel and not so clen rooms. Staff was great to deal with. Prices are high when considering the worn look on the furniture in the room. Breakfast was very good and the location suited our purposes this trip

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
