        We can not say enough about how wonderful our hotel experience was here! The hotel is immaculately clean, the service from the front desk, to the servers in the breakfast area, the rooftop bar and the rest of the staff was amazing. The breakfast was the best we had during our travels. We definitely plan on returning and recommend this hotel for traveling to this area. ❤️

        Cannot ask for a better stay. Rooms are clean and modern. Great reception and the stars of it all are breakfast ladies. They are just so warm and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing and they make it even better with their smiles !!!!! Stay here it’s a place to be, excellent location to ferry and train to reach all neighboring places

        I made a reservation at the Hotel Tigullio Royal in Rapallo for a vacation stay from August 19th to 22nd. Unfortunately, my credit card got charged twice for a second room booking caused by a Best Western booking system error. The booking error was clearly identified by the Hotel Manager, the front desk staff, my wife, and me at the time of check-in. The Hotel Manager, Mr. Andrea, kept promising he would take care of the error, but nothing was done. Despite reminding him every day of our stay at the hotel, a correction of their error was delayed day after day. A refund for the incorrect charge to my credit card still has not happened, despite several correspondences with the Hotel Manager and the Best Western Hotel Group. The Hotel Manager blames the BW Hotel Group and the BW Hotel Group in turn blames the hotel. As you might imagine, my wife and I feel very stressed and upset that we have been overcharged approximately 700 Euros and it impacted our vacation. Being a BW Hotel Frequent Traveler Member, I would have expected the BW Management to take responsibility for their own errors. I am shocked to see such a lack in customer care. It feels like borderline fraud. We do not want other travelers to be similarly overcharged for bookings they didn't make and having the same stressful experience at the Hotel Tigullio Royal. I saw similar review comments by other guests of the Hotel Tigullio Royal. I will not book at this Hotel again and neither should you.

        Ignore all the haters with their negative reviews. The location, although noisy from construction and some outside partying, is absolutely fantastic and the staff were the friendliest of all the hotels we stayed at in 2 weeks of travel. Do not miss their breakfast, it’s worth every cent!
